Shaun Venable's Bio

Shaun Venable is an author, speaker, coach, and corporate leader with more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Beginning her career on the manufacturing floor, Shaun has built a dynamic leadership journey rooted in resilience, continuous growth, and purpose-driven impact.

Throughout her career, she has led across operations, technical, quality, and communications functions, with a strong focus on change management, developing a reputation for driving transformation, strengthening organizational culture, and helping individuals unlock their full potential.

Shaun is the author of The Leader Within, a leadership guide that challenges individuals to move beyond titles and step forward with clarity, courage, and intention. Through her speaking and coaching, she empowers high-impact individuals and teams to align with purpose, use their voice, and turn vision into measurable impact.

Inspired by her granddaughter, Baby Gabby, Shaun brings a deeply personal perspective on leadership—one that extends beyond career success into purpose, advocacy, and creating meaningful change for others.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Shaun serves on several nonprofit executive boards and contributes to initiatives that advance education, advocacy, and health equity in underserved communities.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from East Carolina University, a Master of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Management, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University.
